IRON OCTOUS - DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use a number of delivery methods to get your order to your home, building site or place of business.
The majority of deliveries are made on a weekly basis via our long-wheel base delivery vans. These deliveries are made Monday to Friday every week by hand. We contact you on the date of dispatch to confirm the delivery day that week. We also supply the telephone contact details of our drivers - This allows you to be in contact with our driver if required.
Our drivers will contact you prior to delivery as standard to confirm ETA whilst en-route to your address to keep you updated as to when your delivery will be made.
Standard deliveries are made between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday - (Saturday deliveries via Fedex can be arranged for an addtional charge)
Large/over sized or commercial orders are delivered via a dedciated haulage service . The price and details will be agreed by our sales team before your order is processed so you can order knowing that there are no hidden costs.
You can choose to collect your order from our premises if required. If you wish to do this please contact us to arrange prior to placing your order.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or arrives incomplete it is critical that we are informed within 24 hours of delivery!
In some cases if your delivery address falls outside of our standard delivery area we will send your order via a Fedex tracked delivery. 'Click Here' for postcodes outside of our standard delivery.
Our standard value rates of delivery below applies to most UK Postcodes. However there are some exepctions to this rule. For deliveries to an address that falls outside the standard area your order must be placed over the phone. 'Click Here' for details on postcode which fall outside of our standard delivery charges.
