The frame is produced from 30x30mm Box Section. The infill bars are 12mm x 12mm solid square section. The decorative 4 twist bars are also 12mm x 12mm in section.
The gap between the bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations.
The balcony projects 100mm From the wall, and has a clearance of 70mm Between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.
The mounting feet are laser cut and have a 12mm mounting hole. These are designed to suit M8 / M10 fixings.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
