The Cartmel Juliet balcony is new to our range for 2020!
Suited to a wide range of property styles the Cartmel balcony is easy to fit and is also available in custom sizes if required.
The balcony is made in our workshop from high grade steel, and finished in a range of architectural grade powder coated colours.
The frame of the balcony is 30x30mm Box section with 12mm x 12mm sqaure profile infill bars. With elegant scrollwork every fourth bar working
from the centre.
The gap between the bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations.
The balcony projects 100mm From the wall, and has a clearance of 60mm between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.
The mounting holes in the feet are laser cut at 12mm. These are designed to suit M10 fixings.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.2 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
