The framework is 30x30 Box Section, with 12mm x 12mm Square Infill bars The gap between these bars is less than 100mm which is compliant with UK building regulations. 

The balcony projects 100mm from the wall, and have a clearance of 70mm between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet.

The mounting feet are  laser cut and have a 12mm mounting hole. These are designed to suit M8 / M10 fixings.

The Deco balcony is galvanised as standard prior to powder coating!

Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations.
