The Hetton juliet balcony with simple, smart fluid lines. The Hetton is a great all round balcony suiting most property types.
The Hetton is competitively priced balcony and is one of our most popular designs. It’s designed with ease of fitment in mind.
The top rail is made from 40mm x 12mm soft-touch convex bar which comfortable to the hand. The bottom rail is made from 40mm x 8mm flat bar. Infill bars are 12mm x 12mm square bar finished off with a decorative 40mm x 12mm convex accent bar which is spaced 100mm from the top of the balcony. Mountings holes are drilled at 10mm.
These are designed to suit M8 fixings. The balcony comes with six mounting holes in total. There is a 60mm spacing between the back of the balcony and the face of the mounting feet to allow for sill clearance.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations. The gaps between the infill bars are less than 100mm (10 cm) which meets current U.K. building regulations
