DELIVERY

The table below shows the standard charges for products purchased from our website.  

Our standard rate of delivery applies to most UK Postcodes. For delivery to an address that falls outside the standard area your order must be placed over the phone.

DELIVERY METHODS

Juliet Balcony Delivery Steel / Glass & Gate Deliveries:

We use a dedicated courier as our main delivery partner. All of our Juliet Balconies are fabricated by hand in our workshop. Please allow 10 working days for delivery. 

If you require your balcony sooner than 10 working days please call us on 01274 033986 or 0800 999 4421 and we can look into organising a priority deliver for your order.

Standard deliveries are made Thursday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Saturday delivery can be arranged)

If you require your delivery to be made on a specific date, at a specific time, or on a Saturday, this can be arranged by contacting our sales lines on 0808 169 9287 / 01274 033986. (Please be aware that additional charges may apply)

For deliveries of large/over sized orders, or if you are in a postcode area in our excluded list, an appropriate delivery method will be arranged. Price and details will be agreed by our sales team before your order is processed so you can order knowing that there are no hidden costs.

You can choose to collect your order from our premises if required. If you wish to do this please contact us to arrange prior to placing your order.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during delivery or arrives incomplete it is critical that we are informed within 24 hours of delivery.

Other Products:

We use either Fedex or MyHermes as courier partners for all other items ordered from our website. Please allow 5 working day lead time for Gallows Brackets & Security Products.

All of our Blacksmith products are on a 10 day working lead time due to the bespoke nature of these items. If you require your item sooner please call us on 01274 033986 or 0808 169 9287.

Steel Beam Deliveries:

Steel beams are delivered for a set charge of £ 20.00 within a radius of 20 miles from the workshop (shown below).  For deliveries outside of this area a delivery price will be agreed with yourself before the order is process.  Alternatively you can collect the beam (s) from our workshop by prior arrangement.
