The Masham Juliet Balcony. A truly timeless Juliet balcony that will suit a wide range of property styles. The Masham is galvanised for free prior to powder coating to protect the balcony from corrosion.
The frame of the Masham is made from 48.3mm heavy wall tubing. These form the top and bottom rails. The end of the top and bottom tubes return to the mounts via a 90 degree tubular elbow as shown in the images.
The bars are formed from 12mm solid round steel bar. The Mountings holes in the feet are laser cut at 10mm.
These are designed to suit M8 fixings. The balcony has three fixing holes per mounting foot, making twelve fixings in total.
The Overall height of the balcony is 1100mm (1.1 Mtr) which meets the current UK building regulations. The gaps between the infill bars are less than 100mm (10 cm) which meets current U.K. building regulations
